Dashboard Section

Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + D

The Dashboard section contains hyperlinks to recently accessed properties, recently generated underwriting workbooks, and recently generated BI ("Business Intelligence") Data Exports.

Note: Clicking on the icon () for Recent Properties, Underwriting Workbooks and/or BI Data Exports (located in the upper right corner of each section of the Dashboard) will change their visual appearance and screen location.

Recent Properties

Provides a list of recently accessed properties by the currently logged in user.

Type identifies whether the property is commercial, multifamily or hospitality. Commercial properties will display as ; multifamily properties will display as ; and hospitality properties will display as .

Property is a hyperlink to the corresponding property's Rent Roll tab (commercial and multifamily) or Rooms tab (hospitality). The hyperlink displays the folder path and code for the property.

Name is the property name.

Last Access is a date and time stamp of the last time the property was accessed by the currently logged in user.

Value is the most recent calculated value for the property (stated in millions) for the default Valuation Scenario.

Per Area is the most recent calculated value for the property for the default Valuation Scenario divided by the *TotalArea area measure as entered on the Area Measures tab in the Property section.

Underwriting Workbooks

Provides a list of recently generated Underwriting Workbooks by the currently logged in user. Underwriting Workbooks are generated in either the Folder or Property sections.

Click the Download icon () to open the Excel Workbook for viewing and/or editing. A copy of the file will be saved locally, normally in the "Downloads" directory of your computer unless another location for downloads has been assigned.

Source identifies whether the Underwriting Workbook is for a single property ( for commercial, for multifamily, for hospitality) or a portfolio of properties ().

Path is a hyperlink to the corresponding property's Rent Roll tab (commercial and multifamily) or Rooms tab (hospitality). The hyperlink displays the folder path and, if a property underwriting workbook, the property code.

Scenario displays the Valuation Scenario parameters that were used in the creation of the Underwriting Workbook.

Created is a date and time-stamp of when the Underwriting Workbook was originally generated.

Delete () will remove the Underwriting Workbook from the Dashboard.

BI Data Exports

Provides a list of recently generated BI Data Exports by the currently logged in user. BI Data Exports are generated in either the Folder or Property sections on the Import/Export tab.

Click the Download icon () to open the .csv file in Excel. A copy of the file will be saved locally, normally in the "Downloads" directory of your computer unless another location for downloads has been assigned.

Source identifies whether the BI Data Export is for a single property ( for commercial, for multifamily, for hospitality)) or a portfolio of properties ().

Path displays the folder path and, if a property BI Data Export, the property code.

Report Type identifies the type of BI Data Export that was performed.

Created is a date and time stamp of when the BI Data Export was originally generated.

Delete () will remove the BI data Export form the Dashboard.
