Support Widgets
The widget located in the lower right-hand corner of the rDCF application, contains access to the rDCF Knowledge Base, in addition to, a ticket submission portal. Click to open the "Support" window.
Support Window
"Top suggestions" auto-populates with knowledge base articles based on your current location within the application. Or, use the "How can we help?" search box.
Knowledge Base Articles
All rDCF Knowledge Base articles can be viewed in the "Support" window.
Recommendation: Click to open and view the knowledge base in a browser tab.
Contact us (Ticket Submission)
Click "Contact us" to open the "Submit a ticket" window.
Note: Your name and Email address will auto-populate when submitting a ticket from within the rDCF application.
In addition, a "Support" widget is located in the lower-right corner of each article/page on the the rSquared CRE Help Center.
