Note: Support is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours Central Standard Time (9am-7pm CST).
Support request options:
- Ticket submission from within the applications is recommended; look for the "Contact Us, Help, Support Ticket" links and widgets within the applications.
- Email support@rsquaredcre.com.
- Go to the rSquared CRE Help Center and use the "Support" widget.
All options create a support ticket and notify our support team immediately.
