Ways to Initiate a Property Calculation

• Keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + C
• Click  (calculator icon) on the Header menu

Click  (cancel calculator icon) to cancel the "in process" property calculation.

Alert: A complete calculation is required prior to generating a report.

Calculation Status

There are four calculation status notification messages that may appear next to the calculation button:

File is not calculated and has input validation issues. It is recommended that these issues are cleared prior to initiating a calculation.

File is calculated and available for reporting, although input validation issues exist.

Info: Clicking the exclamation point icon opens a pop-up window that lists all data entry errors within a property; i.e., missing data, invalid data entry, etc. The pop-up window provides the location and description of each error.

File is not calculated and does not have input validation issues. A calculation is required to generate reports.

File is calculated and available for reporting, with no input validation issues.
