Main Controls

Main Controls are used to navigate within and between records and fields on the active screen.

Control	Action
Tab	Moves to the next cell to the right
Shift + Tab	Moves to previous cell to the left
Left arrow, Right arrow	Move to the prior or next cell (or to the prior or next character in an activated cell)
Up arrow, Down arrow	Move up or down a row (or between selections in an activated combo box)
Enter	Activate a cell to allow editing within cell or accept value and move to next cell
Space bar	Check or uncheck a box
Alt + Down arrow	Activates combo box if you are in a cell with a combo box
Ctrl + Shift + + (plus key)	Adds a new row
Ctrl + Shift + - (minus key)	Deletes the selected row

Input Type Carousel State Controls

Carousel State Controls are used to activate a carousel and navigate within an active carousel. Carousel states are Input Type selections throughout the application.

Control	Action
	Indicates a carousel (i.e., multiple methods for entering data in the active cell)
Enter	Activates; i.e., opens the cell within the carousel for editing
Tab	Cycles through the cells in an activated carousel (if in final cell, Tab exits the carousel and moves user to the next cell in the table)
Ctrl + Shift + Left/Right arrow	Moves to next state in the carousel
Alt + Up arrow or Alt + Down arrow	Activates the first available combo box above the carousel's grid. Tab or Right Arrow navigates to the next available combo box above the carousel's grid. Esc key closes the combo box and returns focus to the carousel grid.

Navigation Controls

Navigational Controls are used to navigate between sections and section tabs.

Control	Action
Ctrl + Alt	Displays all available keyboard shortcuts on the current screen.
Ctrl + Alt + D	Navigates to the Dashboard section
Ctrl + Alt + F	Navigates to the Folder section
Ctrl + Alt + P	Navigates to the Property section
Ctrl + Alt + R	Navigates to the Rent Roll section
Ctrl + Alt + L	Navigates to the Line Items section
Ctrl + Alt + M	Navigates to the Property Market section
Ctrl + Alt + T	Navigates to the Tenant Market section
Ctrl + Alt + V	Navigates to the Recoveries section
Ctrl + Alt + O	Navigates to the Reports section
Ctrl + Alt + "number"	Navigates to the corresponding section tab.

Action Controls

Action Controls are used to execute commands on the Header Menu.

Control	Action
Ctrl + Alt + C	Calculates the current property.
Ctrl + Alt + E	Opens combo box of properties in the active Folder.
Ctrl + Alt + H	Opens the support widget to view knowledge base articles or submit a support ticket.
Ctrl + Alt + S	Creates a Snapshot of the current property.
Ctrl + Alt + U	Initiates the creation of an Underwriting Workbook for the current property.
Ctrl + Alt + W	Opens the Validation Issues window (Warning: Review Inputs, Calculated with Warnings, & Red Underline Input Validation), if any exist.
