Alert: Floors and their information are typically imported from the source accounting system and are not created by a User.
Pane 1 columns
Name - Floor name/title/unique identifier
Description - Field for further detail
Floor Type - Drop-down list of application default types
Net Rentable Area - Square footage value
Useable Area - Square footage value
Info: Floors order can be rearranged by dragging and dropping. Floors will display on the Rent Roll tab in the same order as this section.
Pane 2
Note: Pane 2 of the Floors section is a view-only look at the Suites section.
Floor Wizard
Located on the pane 1 toolbar, it assists Users with adding Floors.
- Click the "Floor Wizard" button on the toolbar; the "Floor Wizard" window appears.
- Floor Prefix: Name/title
- Floor Area: Value populates Net Rentable Area and Usable Area
- Floor Type: Drop-down list of default types
- Number of Floors: Value
- Enter applicable data into the fields and click "Preview."
- If data entered is correct, click "Insert."
Delete
Alert: Floors cannot be deleted if it is associated to an existing Suite. Suites cannot be deleted if currently in use.
