Problem: You are locked out of the application.
Cause: Incorrectly entering your password 5 times will cause a user to be locked out of the application; this is stated in the user interface after a failed attempt.
Warning: The "Forgot Password? Reset it Here" functionality does not work if you are locked out; it does if used before being locked out (after 5 incorrect login attempts).
Solution:
- Contact your organization's rBudget Administrator.
- Submit a support ticket.
Organization Administrator:
- Go to Organization Admin Users.
- Check the "Is Locked Out" box on the toolbar.
- Select user.
- Click "Edit" on the toolbar or right click select from the menu.
- Uncheck the "Is Locked Out" box and click "Save" on the toolbar or right click select from the menu.
- Reselect user and "Edit Password" if needed.
- Send new password to user.
After logging in, users can reset their password using the "Preferences" link on the top-right header menu.
