Capital Types

Capital Types, crested at the Client level, are used in the Type column on the Non-Recurring Capital Tab.

Select Client Chart: Chart of Accounts

Name - Title or a unique identifier

Code is a unique identifier or an abbreviated Name.

Status

• Active - Available on the Non-Recurring Capital tab
• Inactive - Disables applicability; removed from lists

Useful Life (Mths) - Lifespan in months

Portfolio - Which buildings can use it, commonly "All Portfolios" - Client Admin Portfolios
