Integration Schedule

Integration Schedule allows Client Administrators to:

1. set the schedule for RISE and Reverse RISE (recurring and on demand)
2. review the log for past integrations
3. set parameters for key Reverse RISE export tables

Schedule tab

Purpose: set RISE import and Reverse RISE export schedules whether recurring or on demand.

RISE System Process:

• Client Server pings rBudget every five minutes looking for a scheduled recurring or one-time task.
• If there is a scheduled recurring or on-time task in the grid, the rBudget server will alert RISE to begin the transfer process.

Add-Edit-Delete:

• Add allows user to create a new recurring or one-time task
• Edit allows user to modify an existing task
• Delete allows user to delete an existing task

Info: The Scheduled Task: toolbar contains a Note: informing when the next import job is scheduled.

Log tab

The Log Tab is a list of processed integration tasks and details and contains a Filter By: Date: utility, used to assist in locating processed tasks.

Session - Unique number by executed RISE job: Import to rSquared via Session #. Export to Client via Session #.

Integration Task

Status - Success, In Progress, Scheduled, Failed

Date Process - Job launch; Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Successful RISE Job will appear as follows in the Log:

1^st entry: Authorization for the scheduled import

2^nd entry: Successful Upload of zip file

3^rd entry: Successful Upload of log file

4^th entry: Successful Import from JDE of data

Successful Reverse RISE Job will appear as follows in the Log:            

1^st entry: Authorization for the scheduled export

2^nd entry: In progress creation of export database

3^rd entry: Successful backup zip file created

4^th entry: Successful drop of backup file to designated folder

5^th entry: Successful upload of log file (.txt.)

6^th entry: Successful upload of zip file
