Leasing Activity (Export)

Leasing Activity Export, located on both the Budget Admin General and Building Admin General toolbars, exports raw leasing activity for the budget period. Included are all salient data points for speculative or contractual new and renewal deals, expirations, early terminations, expansion(s)/contraction(s), etc.

Directions:

1. Click the "Leasing Activity Export" button; the "Export to Excel" window appears.
2. Click Begin Export. The window then informs the user when the "Leasing Activity report is ready."
3. "Click here to download the file;" a window appears asking whether to Open or Save the file.
4. Click "Open." An Excel data sheet opens.
