Unlike Export Expenses, Financial Export results includes detailed inputs like Named Rates and % of Line Items.
Directions:
- Click the "Financial Export" button on the toolbar; the window appears:
- Source
- Building - Export based on Selected Buildings; for a subset of buildings in a Portfolio, not for an entire Portfolio. Select portfolio(s) and then buildings.
- Portfolio - Export based on Selected Portfolio. Do not move over buildings when Source = Portfolio, the entire selected portfolio will be included in the export.
- Export Type options: Excel (.xlsx), Microsoft Access Database (.mdb)
- Export Group
- Account - Available Accounts populate the bottom pane.
- Subaccount - Applicable if Chart of Accounts Include SubAccount = Yes.
- Formulation - Available Formulations populate the bottom pane.
- Budget Detail - Line by line account detail.
- Amounts are not rolled-up.
- Returns actuals if they exist.
- Budget Detail Leasing w/Vacant
- Term - 12, 24, 36, or 48 months

- Enter applicable detail and click "Begin Export." In the Status field, the application will cycle through all of the necessary tables: Generating file, please wait. When finished, the user can download the file in either the .xlsx (Excel) or a .mdb (Microsoft Access Database) format based upon the assigned Export Type parameter.
- Next, "Click here to download the file." The user is then prompted to "Open" and/or "Save" the file locally.
Note: If running the export over an entire Portfolio, all buildings must have the same Actuals Through date for the export to return overlayed actuals.
