Reports Section

The Reports section is used instead of the Quick Pick Reports reports (building-centric and use default parameters) when multiple buildings or portfolio based reports are needed. This section gives users the ability to change any of the default parameters.The application includes default (canned) leasing reports as part of the implementation. In contrast, all financial reports are custom built at the Client Admin Reports.

The tree view pane lists all available financial (custom created at the Client level) and leasing reports (default/canned). The parameters control pane contains all the available parameters to assign before generating a report and may contain different fields based on the settings of the selected report. Financial, leasing and their comparison reports all have different attributes, therefore using different parameters.
