Directions:
- Click the "Reports" link at the top of the application.
- Select the report to be generated from the list in the tree view pane. After selecting the report, the parameters control pane appears containing all the budgets, portfolios, and buildings the user has access to, as well as, all other parameters that relate to the selected report.
- Use the arrows to select and move available Budgets, Portfolios, and/or Buildings to their selected fields and apply all applicable parameters within the parameters control pane.
- Click "Generate Report."
- The report viewer toolbar contains page navigational arrows, a drop-down list of zooming options, search box, export utility, refresh button and a print button.
- "Display Parameters" brings a user back to the parameters control pane.
- "Display Current Report" and "Display Parameters" toggle between the parameters controls pane and the report viewer grid.
- Any time a user clicks "Generate Report," the new parameters are used to generate the report.
Export
Export allows users to export a report into an Acrobat (PDF), Excel (XML) with report data, CSV (comma delimited), TIFF or WEB archive.
- Select the type from the drop-down menu located on the report viewer toolbar and then click "Export;" a pop-up box appears asking whether to Open, Save, Save as, or Save and open the file.
- Select the appropriate function.
