Group By
Using the Source = Portfolio parameter, a report can be grouped by: Portfolio (by Building), Portfolio Total, or Building. Not applicable when using the Source = Building parameter since the report is already being grouped by building.

Suppress (default), View (default for comparison reports)
Report Date
The default is the budget start date. A user can change the start date of the report.
Source
Building (default) or Portfolio. Building runs the report based on the Selected Buildings parameters, while Portfolio runs the report based on the Selected Portfolio parameter.
Source Budget
Available budgets used for comparison reports
Value (000s)
No (default). Yes shows all values by thousands. Used to suppress large figures.
Version
Account (default), SubAccount (a secondary grouping if applicable), Budget Detail (all expansive booked detail), Budget Detail - Short (cleaner detail: no area) Report Design (row description and the sum). Detail or Summary on the Expiration Report, Leasing Activity, Occupancy Report, Rent Roll, Rent Roll w/Recoveries, and Vacancy Report. Pool Design or Detail on the Recovery Pools report. All, Variances Only, Matches Only on Rent Roll Comparison report.
Note: Although many leasing reports share common parameter with financial reports, varied parameters are used based on the content and needs of a report.
