Occupancy Metrics allow for the filtering down of data based on lease and/or suite types by creating custom Area Measures that may not conform to the standard; i.e. the sum of the square footage on the rent roll divided by net rentable area (static at the Building General).
Info: In addition to being used to create Calculation Metrics, Occupancy Metrics is a parameter on the Occupancy Report & Unit Detail Report, allowing for reporting based off of created Occupancy Metrics.
Note: Occupied Area is a system defined metric that cannot be edited or deleted. It is the default metric for occupancy reports run from the Reports sliding pane (Quick Pick) as well as in the Reports section unless another is assigned.

- Active - Applicable where assigned
- Inactive - Hidden from use throughout the application
Numerator - Area Measure of the sum of the leased inventory
Denominator - Area Measure of the sum of the physical inventory. If an occupied area definition (Area Measure) is selected as a denominator, the Area Measure's Lease Statuses and Lease Types are disregarded.

Portfolio - The buildings that can use it.
- All Portfolios - Available to all buildings in the budget.
- Client Admin Portfolios - Filters the availability of the named item to only the buildings included in the assigned Portfolio.
