Financial Components Overview

Note: Financial Components created at the Building level are initially only applicable to that building: Portfolio = (Auto-Gen):Building. After creating at the Building level, you can edit and assign it to a Portfolio and upon Save, it will now be a Budget level item. Rows with shaded text (gray) are Budget level items and cannot be edited or deleted at the Building level.

Alert: Careful attention is required when editing named items as the changes will affect all using the named item(s). Edits to named items (Financial Components and Market Items with the exception of Template Leases) flow through to other Financial Components and Market Items and update all tenants that are assigned these named items in the Rent Roll.
