Calculations Metrics are used to create custom metrics used with the Metrics Export (Export) utility. They are driven by the combination of Occupancy Metrics and Charge Codes.
Pane 1
Name - Unique title
Code - Abbreviated name/unique identifier
Type - Drop-down list of available. Exports the following:
- Occupancy - Serves the purpose of creating occupied area reports. Exports will vary depending on parameters.
- Charge - Charges and square footage
- Formulation - Adds a SF and Formulation
- Expirations - Expiring deals square footage
- Expirations +1 - 12/31 pushed to 1/1 of the following year
- Expiry Charge and square footage
- Expiry Charge +1 - 12/31 pushed to 1/1 of the following year
- Leasing - Just the SF associated with it
- Leasing Charge - Commencing Charge & SF (new & renew deals)
- Calc Group - Combine other Calculation Metrics
- Sales
- NPV - Net Present Value
- Report Metric - Only available in the Inventory Report. Will not run in Metrics Export.

Enter detail and click "Save" on the toolbar or right-click select from the menu; the Occ Metrics, Charge Codes, Formulations and/or Calc Metrics fields can now be assigned or edited.
Click the blue text that appears within any given field: Occ Metrics(#), ChargeCodes(#), Formulations(#), and/or CalcMetrics(#); pane 2 appears for adding metric detail.
Pane 2
Pane 2 detail can be added two ways:
Option 1:
- Click "Add" on the pane 2 toolbar; a new row appears. Available Occ Metrics, Charge Codes, Formulations and/or Calc Metrics will be available via a drop-down combo box menu.
- Assign a Percentage % and click "Save."
Option 2:
- Click the "Metric Detail Wizard button;" the "Assign Calc Details Wizard" window appears.
- Detail Type - Defaults to the selected
- Percent (%) - Percentage value; defaults to 100%
- Available Details > >> << < Assigned Details - Move items by double clicking or selecting and moving them using the centrally located arrows and click "Save."
- Edit the Percentage % after assigning the details and click "Save."
