Suite Groups are detailed definitions of Suites used to create custom Area Measures that are used to create Occupancy Metrics, Calculation Metrics, other Area Measures, and Tenant Contributions.
Columns
Name - Unique title
Status
- Active - Available wherever applicable
- Inactive - Disables applicability throughout the application, e.g. removes it from drop-down lists.
Input Type
- Definition - Details are assigned in Suite Types > Selected Types(#)
- Selected Suites - Building level only. Details are assigned in Suites > Selected Suites(#)
Suites - Applicable when Input Type = Selected Suites. After initial Save, the Selected Suites(#) link appears:
- Click Selected Suites(#); the "Suite Group Definition Wizard" window appears.
- Choose from the Available Suites and move them to the Assigned Suites field by double-clicking them or using the centrally located arrows ( > >> << <).
- Save.
Suite Types - Applicable when Input Type = Definition. After initial Save, the Suite Types(#) link appears:
- Click Suites Types(#); the "Suite Group Definition Wizard" window appears.
- Choose from the Available Suite Types and move them to the Assigned Suite Types field by double-clicking them or using the centrally located arrows ( > >> << <).
- Save.
Area Criteria - All Area, <, <=, >, >=, Between
Amount (Min) - Minimum value based on assigned Area Criteria.
Max - Maximum value based on assigned Area Criteria.
Portfolio - The buildings that can use it
- All Portfolios - Available to all buildings in the budget
- Client Admin Portfolios - Filters the availability of the named item to only the buildings included in the assigned Portfolio.

Edit
Alert: Careful attention is required when editing named items as the changes will affect all using the named item(s). Edits to named items (Financial Components and Market Items with the exception of Template Leases) flow through to other Financial Components and Market Items and update all tenants that are assigned these named items in the Rent Roll.
Delete
Note: In use named items (Market Items and Financial Components) cannot be deleted. In order to delete a named item, it must not be assigned to any other named items, budgeting tabs, and/or tenants in the Rent Roll.
